Get the Most out of Your Patio Deck Box
Our patio is a gathering place for our families and friends alike and we are a big family with all the generations present. When ever my parents come over, their friends around come over (they use to live in the neighborhood before dad retired and decided to follow the sun).
The thing is there are times when three generation of friends and family are around and although we do have a large patio, things can get really busy with kids toys , teens, my own peers and my parents all doing different stuffs.
We decided to go for a patio deck box that we will use to keep some odd stuffs that are always lying about the patio from some things belonging to my nine year old, the skate board of my 15 year old and our own stuff. We got two, and they worked like magic.
Patio Deck Boxes Come With or Without Wheels
This particular patio deck box came with wheels which was so convenient because we made the mistake of not deciding the position we wanted to put it before every body started filling the with stuff. After filling and coming to an agreement -at times its best to run a democracy in some matters for the sake of your own peace of mind, all we then did was to push it into the agreed positions. It would have been quite a task if the wheels were not there.
The patio is now very free and the sense of space makes it more comfortable. Apart from the wheels, it also comes with handles that helped us in its moving
Patio Deck Box Assembly
Assembling our patio deck box could have taken me about ten minutes if I was the only person that did it, and it could have taken my husband about five minutes, but it took all us some twenty minutes to do it, which was really fast. So I can say without fear of contradiction that our patio deck box will take you no time to assembly if you did lock all your family members inside the house.
My husband told me it can take around 70 gallons of water i.e. if it was water we decided to put in it but I guess he just wanted to give me an idea of the size. I was glad it took in every thing I wanted and gave me an opportunity to take some things that were indoors and get then out of my house for good.
The patio deck box could serve other uses but I have programmed myself to view it as a place to put things you don't really need. You can place your pool cleaning tools in it or even put it in the laundry room if you are that inclined. Just because I call it a patio deck box does not mean it must be in your patio.
Deck boxes are very useful containers to have around. There are things you just can't throw away but you also can't keep in the attic of lying around. The deck box could help preserve them for you. So they come highly recommended in my book.
